Our ceremony will take place at 9:00 AM at the outdoor Glacier Point Amphitheater in Yosemite National Park—surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and the natural beauty of Yosemite. With the iconic Half Dome rising in the distance and the incredible Sierra Nevada mountains as our backdrop, we will say “I do” in one of the most unforgettable places imaginable. No ballroom, no walls—just towering mountains, open skies, the people we love most, and a view that truly speaks for itself. We can’t imagine a more meaningful or beautiful place to begin our forever.

Why, yes it is! The drive from Oakhurst to Glacier Point is approximately two hours—but trust us, this is no ordinary two-hour drive. As you make your way into Yosemite National Park, you’ll be surrounded by towering trees, winding mountain roads, breathtaking scenery, and incredible views around every turn. The journey is part of the adventure, and with so much beauty to take in along the way, you may be surprised by how quickly the time passes. So grab your coffee, enjoy the scenery, and get ready for a beautiful drive to an unforgettable place where we’ll say “I do!”

We have rented a large, beautiful farmhouse in the countryside of Oakhurst, California. The property is tucked away in a private and secluded setting, making it the perfect place for our intimate backyard reception. The reception will begin around 4:00 PM. Since there will be several hours between the morning ceremony and the reception, please make sure to grab something to eat during that time—we definitely don’t want anyone arriving hungry! Dinner will be served later in the evening, so enjoy some lunch, explore the area, and then come ready to relax and celebrate with us.

The drive from Sacramento to Oakhurst takes approximately 3½ hours, give or take, depending on traffic and stops along the way. We ask that everyone plan to arrive in Oakhurst on Thursday so you have time to settle in, relax, and be ready for our early Friday morning adventure to Glacier Point. Put on your favorite playlist, grab some snacks and coffee, and enjoy the drive! Before you know it, you’ll be arriving in Oakhurst and getting ready for a beautiful weekend filled with breathtaking views, laughter, and celebration.

Yes, it does! The standard entrance fee for a private vehicle is $35, and the great news is that your pass is valid for seven consecutive days. That means your entrance fee covers more than just our wedding day—you’ll have the opportunity to return to the park throughout the weekend to explore, take in the incredible views, and experience even more of the beauty Yosemite has to offer. Think of it as your pass to an unforgettable weekend of mountains, waterfalls, breathtaking scenery, and, of course, a wedding celebration you’ll never forget!

Due to our venue's limited capacity of 50 guests, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests or plus-ones. We are so excited to celebrate our wedding with you! We kindly ask that only those whose names appear on the invitation or guest list attend our wedding. We truly appreciate your understanding as we celebrate this special day with our closest family and friends.

A few options for this time: explore Glacier Point trails, visit Tunnel View, drive down to Yosemite Valley, or walk to Lower Yosemite Fall. If you volunteered to help with reception setup, please return to Oakhurst by 1:30 PM for decorating.

We would truly love to celebrate our wedding day with you and want to give you the opportunity to join us. We also understand that attending a destination wedding can be a significant commitment of time and expense, and we completely understand if you are unable to make the trip. Please know there is absolutely no pressure, and there will be no hurt feelings if you are unable to attend. We do ask that you please let us know by October 2026 whether or not you will be able to join us. It is very important that we hear from you either way so that we can plan accordingly. Your love and support mean so much to us, whether you are able to celebrate with us in person or from afar.
